1. Shipping Destinations
We ship exclusively to the United States (excluding US territories and military bases). We do not ship internationally to other countries at this time.
2. Order Processing & Transit Time
To ensure full transparency, our fulfillment and shipping times are calculated as follows:
  • Order Cut-off Time: 6:00 PM (EST) – Monday to Friday.
  • Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Transit Time:
    • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days (Monday to Friday).
    • Expedited Shipping: 5–8 business days (Monday to Friday).

We offer clear and flat shipping rates for all domestic orders within the United States:

4. Shipping Carriers & Fulfillment
To ensure reliable and timely delivery, we partner with leading logistics providers, including USPS, UPS, and DHL Express.
VSUFIM operates a flexible logistics network to maintain optimal inventory levels and speed up delivery times. The majority of our domestic US orders are processed and dispatched directly through our warehouse facility in California. Depending on immediate stock availability and warehouse allocation, some orders may be dispatched from our global fulfillment network directly to your doorstep.
5. Order Tracking
Once your package is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information will become active within 24–48 hours.

6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
  • Incorrect Address: We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to sender due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team at support@vsufim.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged packaging and product.
7. Returns & Exchanges
If you need to return your items or request an exchange, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for detailed steps. All authorized domestic returns should be sent to our US warehouse facility.
