VSUFIM is owned and operated by HAIYI LIFESTYLE CO., LIMITED. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your items, we are here to help. We offer a straightforward 14-day return policy under the following clear guidelines.
1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return or size exchange. Any requests made after 14 days from delivery will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Return Contact Requirement & Eligibility Criteria
Important Note: Customers must contact our customer support team to obtain authorization and detailed return instructions before shipping any items back. Unauthorized returns sent back to our warehouse will not be processed. 
To be eligible for a successful return or exchange, your items must meet the following conditions:
  • The items must be unworn, unwashed, and in pristine condition, showing no signs of outdoor wear, use, or damage.
  • The products must be in their original packaging, including all original boxes, protective tissue, inserts, and any attached tags or accessories.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or order number).
3. Return Shipping & Costs
  • Customer Remorse / Size Exchanges: If you wish to return your items due to a change of mind, incorrect size ordering, or stylistic preference, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping fees. 
  • Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the incorrect item due to our error, VSUFIM will bear 100% of the return shipping costs. Please contact us at support@vsufim.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos showing the issue, and we will issue a prepaid return shipping label. 
4. Return Address
All authorized domestic returns from the United States should be shipped to our dedicated logistics facility in California. Do not return items to the manufacturer or the original shipping address without contacting us first.

5. Step-by-Step Return Process
  1. Request a Return: Email our support team at support@vsufim.com with your full name, order number, and the reason for the return (or the new size requested for exchange).
  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and send you detailed instructions along with the correct return authorization details. [1]
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the items inside their original packaging, and place them inside a protective shipping carton. Ship the package using a trackable carrier to our provided US warehouse address.
  4. Share Tracking: We strongly recommend emailing your return tracking number to our support team so we can monitor and speed up your processing.
6. Inspection and Refund Processing
  • Inspection: Once your package is received at our California warehouse, it will undergo a routine quality inspection within 2–5 business days.
  • Approval & Notification: We will send you an email notification confirming whether your return has been approved or rejected based on its condition.
  • Refund Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or financial institution’s processing times.
7. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at support@vsufim.com. We can cancel or edit your order within 2 hours of placement. Once an order has entered the processing stage or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the standard return process after receiving the package.
